"After my husband visited the Boat Show this last year, he came home with a new Moomba. He had great experience buying it and we love the boat. His birthday was coming up and I wanted to get him some additional equipment/extras for the boat. Fred in the parts department talked me through what I would need and ordered them for me right away. There was a long delay from the factory for the parts, and I was getting nervous that they wouldn't be here in time.. Finally they came in days before the Birthday and Fred called me and said guess what I have for you! I was so happy he tracked where it was, got the parts and sent them to me the same day.. That was yesterday that they came in and I recieved them this morning.... I really appreciate the service from Fred who really wanted everything to go right for me and no matter how many times I called, "Are they in yet?" he was so very nice and helpful."
